Management was horrible i dont know why people are leaving AIDA but no body cares and no salary incriminate no aida standard no good food duty hours too much if u got violation no body cares just work like a donkey. If u achieve target and what u get 10$ which is horrible. I am really disappointed with AIDA

Hard work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
