Very bad...there is nothing like reliabiliy. Company is running just on politics and favour. They can fire anyone anytime without excuse. Don't go with their sweet talks.

I enjoy working in AI engineering, the staff and sir are all good, it is a good factory to work in, there is a lot of learning, freshers are given good training, and people work there for many years. doing

Politics, not accepting people who doesn't have any contacts within organization. I would insist someone with no internal contacts should refrain from joining aia because they'll make your life worse
