I was had very terrible expperince within this organisation I was hired for the position within this company but however i raised an issue regarding my offer latter they refused to give a offer latter shortly after without any professional conversation I was rejected from the position is this how skilled professional are treated

- They hire under the name of Netcom Learning which is a sister company. Makes false promises - Lot of micromanagement. you have to provide daily work activities, weekly reports and even timesheets - Boss is a horrible person. He is a completely fake person and extremely self centered. He thinks he is a ruler and he can do anything and everything - Product quality of extremely poor. So called certifications are developed by interns using ChatGPT - They always fire smart people and hire those who can be controlled or are in great need - They expect to work 24 hours because we are Indian. The same things don't apply to US employees. - They laid off all founding members and senior management. Because one person wants to control everything. - After hiring, they want everyone to work either on part time or contractual. If you don't accept you have to leave The head of India has hired his wife and relatives in this company and there is no accountability of them. - This company has no future. Advice to everyone - never ever join this company even if you are in the greatest need

It started out as an awesome experience but very soon I was proof reading documents rather than writing books. My designation was that of Book Author. Though I was a consultant with them, but the culture never gave me a good feeling. It's more of a 'cultural community' at play!
