...contractual job staff are highly vulnerable to loose jobs for their mistakes. • Salary is extreme low as compared to industry standards. • Hectic job profile. Need to stay beyond scheduled time without any benefits. • Attrition rate is at its peck. • Surprisingly company don't have any fixed HR policy till date. • No perks, no additional benefits is there. • Resignation is not accepted in a good manner. • Staff don't have any freedom of speech. Its clearly mentioned in their contacts. • Most of all as recruitment is taken through walk-in interviews only. So company became full with family members.

What should I like only company name is good but management is full fools seating I worked 10 years honestly but suddenly one day they kicked me away specifically our eastern region gm good for nothing

Toxic Company culture, no systemic promotion and no annually salary hike given time to time. some of old employees seat in the mid management chair, they ruled the organization. Only trainings given to the special staff.
