...head office and HR Department, so many employees are still working even after 1.5 years is because of late arrival of enrollment bonus ,if we complete a target on time ,we have to wait for the bonus till 6-8 months, their non stopping recruitment for the same branch & same position is the perfect example of toxicity

...oyees are terminated without notice, which shows a lack of fairness and empathy. Also experience certificate, the months salary and bonus amount will not be given. which shows such unprofessional way of dealing with employees. Management is rough and shows favouritism , making it difficult for genuine hardwork to be recognised. Even if we were to leave on short notice we had to surrender 2 months of our salary. Leaves are just dreams of we work here : we need to even provide proof if we are taking unpaid leave :- which is totally absurd, the company punches its eyes into our personal life. Advice to management : Please stop this jail of a company and dictatorship of management.

I had a fantastic experience at AHZ! The work environment is incredibly supportive and I truly appreciated the emphasis on Job security. The management team is also outstanding. Always approachable and dedicated to helping the employees grow. It's great place to thrive both personally and professionally.

Dislikes

Overall my experience with AHZ is excellent as I have mentioned earlier. However, I have noticed that the timing of the bonus distribution could be improved to better with employee expectations, but everything else is fantastic for me.

I have been working with AHZ for the past 4 years and I am really happy to be part of the team. Engaging with students and helping them pursue their higher studies in the UK brings me great satisfaction. The work culture at AHZ is excellent and the management provides outstanding support in terms of product knowledge, guidance and overall assistance. The company always strives for perfection in all aspects of our work, which helps us to grow and improve continuously.

Working with AHZ gives personal satisfaction seeing student succussed on their Dream and we are Part of it. which reinforce the importance of the our work and provide motivation along. Ahz is not just a work oriented Company it is also a platform where each employee can enhance their knowledge on education and get continuous learning Opportunity in different domains of Education. The Professional growth is also appreciable when its comes to recognizing the Efforts and awarding the deserved position /Promotions. I like the work environment and I'm proud to be part of AHZ.
