If you are looking to be focused on work, grow and learn this is a great place for that. They definitely do not encourage gossip and come down strong on any mis deeds and culture challenges. The exposure is great, and the management is very helpful and supportive.

I have loved working in this firm as i have had full creative freedom to build itineraries and interact with customers first hand. It was always team dealing with customers instead of just internally arguing and fighting.

I had a great time at this work place as I got to pursue my lifes passion of travel and also got paid for that. It has been a long journey of hussle and hard work but learnt more than i could imagine. The management is helpful and supportive.

Not many i can think of but i guess if i have to i would say my travel time from home.

nothing .pathetic management .surbhi saxena the head honcho makes u sign offer letters and then asks you to sign a contract if she feels u will leave within a year .

the managemnt surbhi saxena and anosh kanga are absolulety pathetic ,an outsider mrs saxena takes the decision and has cctv cameras installed in her office to spy on what people do on their mobiles .please be careful .the other employees were also new and hence informed me the employees leave every 6/8 months hence understood why she makes qualified people sign contracts

Teammates are helpful only if there is a team to work with. There are no trainings given to you. Your just put on the job. There is no growth..no appraisal and no salary increment.. whatever they promise on paper they never give..
