Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

AHS Advisory company is the best finance and tax consultancy company.. I Learn a lot of work there..Mr. Amit goel sir, Mr. Anuj Garg sir, and Mr. Hemant Gupta sir..everyone have excellent knowledge of tax and finance..they all accelerated my career..there were good environment for working..
