Horrible experience in last 1year of my working life. No personal life. Forget about Job Satisfaction. In terms of career growth there is just myth. If you can buttering your seniors/HRs b*tt then yor department change or career growth is possible otherwise no chance. Reality is you have no respect in shop floor.

As a fresher this company is good for securing a job. But the work is very much difficult for a fresher (Male candidates) (easy for females as they mainly do desk job). Die Casting dept runs in shift wise(Morning, Evening & Night) so prepare for work in any shift in 24hrs. But I must say that seniors were very helpful and supportive at my time. Also the salary is quite low as per other companies. Canteen facilities are good and cheap. Free transportation. Considering all the facts this I can say this company is a good start for Tool & Die students but below average for Electrical & Mechanical students.

No one thing which should be like. You will be placed on ordinary shop floor and have to work like donkey even 10 years experienced person also has to physically and mentally work. No seniority and contract worker threatened too senior person. Very much poltics and management is very poor. Knowledge doesn't matter only one thing matters which is hard work and sacrification towards company. Inside company temperature 48 to 53 degree Celsius. Every year 20-25 working person falls down due too more temprature.

.... Only name is on Japanese company whole company is runed by the Indian people. Avg shift duration is 11 to 12 hours but salary is given according to 8 hrs Rotational shift. No Sunday off Weekly off is given in between Monday to Saturday So you have no any time to spent with your friends. All over very dangerous company. Die casting department is very dangerous

Job security is ok ok level the haryana management is yuck all are diploma holders even in HR also

Pay is less compared to work load else good company to gain knowledge and improve own technical skills
