No one thing which should be like. You will be placed on ordinary shop floor and have to work like donkey even 10 years experienced person also has to physically and mentally work. No seniority and contract worker threatened too senior person. Very much poltics and management is very poor. Knowledge doesn't matter only one thing matters which is hard work and sacrification towards company. Inside company temperature 48 to 53 degree Celsius. You have to do 16 hours works and no overtime is given to staff person. All senior management is recruitment in relation. Any which is joining the company as DAT please don't spoil your future they through out after one year and you have too do work only part loading and unloading in machine. Only name is on Japanese company whole company is runed by the Indian people. Avg shift duration is 11 to 12 hours but salary is given according to 8 hrs Rotational shift. No Sunday off Weekly off is given in between Monday to Saturday So you have no any time to spent with your friends. All over very dangerous company. Overall is ok but salery and work culture is poor because every hr and all says that all peoples working in soft floor is very kind and helpful and this is nothing. They are very selfish and no doing work with honesty and this thing is very bad... all worker and some TL and GL known 40% of knowledge in which they are doing work.

Nothing liking words these types of Companies .I had joined because someone giving me joking feedback and I takes Tha seriously. When I joined this company after 15 days my health condition was going too poor condition and atlast I had quit that job.
