Horrible experience in last 1year of my working life. No personal life. Forget about Job Satisfaction. In terms of career growth there is just myth. If you can buttering your seniors/HRs b*tt then yor department change or career growth is possible otherwise no chance. Reality is you have no respect in shop floor.

Worse company. HR & Management are fully incompetent to run the company. Job satisfaction & Work Life balance is nearly zero. This is the last option to pick up unless you are not getting a job.
