...huwalia for any payment. Mr. Vikas Ahluwalia also keeping mum on their decision. There is huge corruption in the company, even a purchase assistant is also earning more than 3 times of their salary. Hence new person cannot stay in the company more than 6 months if he does not obey their instructions. In my case Mr. Sanjay Agarwal has not paid my monthly rent of accommodation for three months even after approval of Mr. Vikas Ahluwalia Director. I also written to him for this non payment but no reply from his office. It means that no respect of Owner's son who is director of the company.

...morning they come at 12.00 o'clock in office. they have setting with the senior. No increment policy because management under when employees is not leaving the company, no need to increase the salary. because they themselves are corrupted.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.

Present HSE policy of company - safe work environment 4. Training program - for enhancement of quality for engineers and labours as well

Salary structure doesn't suite tax payers.
