Alhuwalia management does not pay all benefits for which they have issued in appointment letter. Their paid director Mr. Sanjiv Sharma and Mr. Sanjay Agarwal (GM Finance) of Mumbai office does not respect the approval of Mr. Vikas Alhuwalia for any payment. Mr. Vikas Ahluwalia also keeping mum on their decision. There is huge corruption in the company, even a purchase assistant is also earning more than 3 times of their salary. Hence new person cannot stay in the company more than 6 months if he does not obey their instructions. In my case Mr. Sanjay Agarwal has not paid my monthly rent of accommodation for three months even after approval of Mr. Vikas Ahluwalia Director. I also written to him for this non payment but no reply from his office. It means that no respect of Owner's son who is director of the company....Read More

No team work, no training, zero job security any movement they can expelled to any employee. No respect of employee. No travel policy, employee pays himself for travelling, high level politics by the senior employees and suffer lower level employee, never respect the system oriented work. discourage innovation, work-life balance is not good. some people sits in office till 10-11 night without any work because in the morning they come at 12.00 o'clock in office. they have setting with the senior. No increment policy because management under when employees is not leaving the company, no need to increase the salary. because they themselves are corrupted....Read More
