They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.

No work culture, Only seniors are hire for with high salary and previous employe and juniors are working like seniors with very low salary, Seniors are doing juniors work and juniors doing seniors work

All Saturdays working. However all of them are half days by still atleast 2 Saturdays must be off.
