After the recent changes in management have made the company an unfavorable place to work. Job security is non-existent, and the new management, the HR department, lacks basic empathy and professionalism. The workplace is riddled with politics, and there is a clear absence of ethics and respect for employees.

Work life balance is good here.

Company’s policy’s are totally dependent upon parent company which is in UAE and they established this company as a cost cutting solution.So it makes them very bad management , no benefits for employees.

Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, management does not address our issue, No increment at all since 1.6 year also there are lot of politics in management, they does not care about employees and they are unable to estimate our abilities and skills as this was remote work. managers not replying on queries related work. they always pass on responsibility to others. no job security. i would not recommend any experienced candidate to join this company. they will experience letter of one of their sister concern company. which is also not advisable and not good for future assignment. no skill development nothing encouraging employees to do their job. every employee working there are not satisfied and they searching other jobs and quit with this company.

Work exposure and knowledge gained . With AHI I was able to learn hiw to manage pressure of work across different timezones efficiently
