Closely managed company, Lack of financial plan or overview dependent of consultants who take management for a ride. Indecisive top management. Resistance to change. Too many people in finance team, with less business acumen and work with their own whims and fancies. No plan or KRA defined for finance team members and management also not keen on giving KRA. Only concerned with Sales and operational aspects. No concept of cost optimisation, efficiency, Controls.
