1. The management is totally politics with a family members as decision makers such as father, daughters and son-in-laws. Therefore, you cannot expert in position upgrades in you lifetime. Oops, I forgot to say that the HR is also a friend of the Owner's daughter, so you cannot imagine a loyal judgment or to give a proper professional answer in dream also. 2. The company operates without any standard operating procedures(SOP), resembling a chaotic scrap yard market. They are willing to produce anything upon request, without considering the employee personal time, health or at least the quality standards of their products. 3. If any buyers are looking at this review. I recommend not buying their product since all are manufactured in cement godown. So you cannot expect product cleanliness which you might think it keeps you water clean. If you feel, I'm lying. Please go and visit the manufacturing site in Koundampalayam, CBE. But, without notifying them. if you did it, then they will keep like it's clean for your eyes for the time being guys. They might say as a ISO company. Fortunately, it expired a decade ago. So don't fall on convincing trap. 4. Where they called/calling their company as a purifier, but no a I said above. I hope you understand and opened you're eye based on my experience.
