...erytime discouraging by Area manager & RM. 4. No proper support on employees. 5. Not even given salary on time. 6. Claims & Reimbursement were not given on month basis. They took 6 months and more. 7. No Sunday or Holidays for employees. 8. Managers were not responded on emergency cases when they were on leave, but we need to response. If not responded warning were given. 9. No proper approvals were given if we request for long leave. 10. Branch wise HR was not available. 11. If we are on leave also laptop need to carry every where. 12. No proper security in any branch office, employee has to open and close the office.

Fraud company I will leave the job for getting another new job. But that also they are not accepting simply raise absconding complaint without salary and claim who will work the company No one response for salary normal and other only this procedure only doing still I will not get my balance amount No one joint the company after you will get bad name also loss your life management people very worst so be careful

Dislikes

1) Just don't join this organisation. They have the fund problem and it directly affects the salary. They will not inform this problem at the time of an interview and joining. Once you join the company they will tell you that the salary will be late but it will get credited before 10th of every month. And it is one of the lies they told because your salary will get hold for month. I received my Aug-24 month salary on 27th of September after I refuse to attend the office. They also told you that we have not given any commitment about the salary once you demand for it. 2) No festival or culture celebration. 3) Office space is so congested that you feel like you are sitting in a cyber cafe. 4) There is only one washroom for men and women for almost 50 plus employees. 5) Manager will not care for your any financial emergencies.
