There are Good Environment when I am working there. I like most that there is lot of PL and Leaves in all national holidays.

Dislikes

Main Issue is Salary is not credited on time. Salary is credited most lated or sometimes they credited one month salary after completing 2 months. Very worst of this.

Mobile allowance and travel allowance given.Not every month.It's credited with FNFS amount.TL cooperation to all members.Weekly once are twice work from home option is there.

I worked Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Limited Project.Every month Salary delayed.One month gap.example October month salary came to November month last or December first week.Travel allowance not credited every month.FNFS amount credited that time only credited.

Good working environment and very supportive teammates but the management of company are not that good.

Growth rate is very low it will take around 3/4 years to take hike or increment and the salary date is not fixed and gets delayed over the time and management will not provide accurate answers

Worst management employee salary not given proper time also filed engineer travel allowance not given more than 1year. Management employee interactive very less. Management not consider employee life .
