There is no proper date for crediting salary and no recognisetion for the work what you did. Also they will keep your 1-2 months salary at hold from joining date and say that they will credit for you after completing your notice period of 45 days . After serving of your notice period also it will take 6months to credit your holded salary.

1) Just don't join this organisation. They have the fund problem and it directly affects the salary. They will not inform this problem at the time of an interview and joining. Once you join the company they will tell you that the salary will be late but it will get credited before 10th of every month. And it is one of the lies they told because your salary will get hold for month. I received my Aug-24 month salary on 27th of September after I refuse to attend the office. They also told you that we have not given any commitment about the salary once you demand for it. 2) No festival or culture celebration. 3) Office space is so congested that you feel like you are sitting in a cyber cafe. 4) There is only one washroom for men and women for almost 50 plus employees. 5) Manager will not care for your any financial emergencies.

Job not secure/work presser high/Timely employ salary not give/ salary paid after three months /travel voucher not paid last two year. Totally billing facke. Mindely tourcher to employ.
