Good environment to work. Friendly colleagues, team leads and managers. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give incentives based on our work and our learning curve will be very high

The basic salary is not upto the mark and the career growth is a bit slow

Tirupati location: Best thing is no original certificates deposit and no agreement. Good culture.

Salary is less and 10,000 will be in hand for a fresher. Choose wisely there is TP and AR.choose AR, you can try for incentives upto 9,000 but that's rarely happens. 6,000 incentives for TP fellows. Again depends on project and team

Hi I got absconded on oct 2020 but I informed to manager and TL.because only issue with salary structure it’s been a 2 year i worked as AR at Ags it was perfect company to work except salary still im n love with Ags got friends,TLs, managers as family.I’m working at other company which is totally terrible experience I’m getting no structural organization,work bonding with TL, software is an old age, people who have complete domain knowledge is an AR, others doesn’t have knowledge is TL and QA.if I get the salary I’ve expected I definitely will be back to Ags
