Its been a great time , working in agrolife science , this has became a good platform for me for my future growth.

Dislike is i think for every company is that , we should be in touch of those employees of our company who are working at ground level , helping in sale of products , than we can improve our sale.

Good team, nice training got at Manage Hyderabad, no job security, high level politics, no work life balance.

Dislikes

High work pressure, high level bossism, Every decision depends only on higher management one man army show. Egoistic Management. While resignation they ask for collecting PDC and ODS cheque from dealer to RSM. and while submitting they refused to relieve and Full and final settlement. Very bed experience in past 12 years of work in industry. I never suggest any one to work in this organisation. They did it with every employee who wish to leave this organisation.
