Right from toxic work culture, to no work life balance, perks & salary benefits are definitely not there as the salary has always been delayed for more than 15 days & there's no job security as firing people without paying their salary on regular basis is very common in AgriVijay

Opportunities and learnings are there but what you will do with the learnings if work place culture sucks.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance, over time, toxic work culture, no salary on time sometimes 15days delay, no celebration, conspiracy among everyone, firing without pay, fraud with customers and employees, no reimbursement clearance, office time 9.30 am to 8.30 pm, employees not valued, etc.

This is a family business where employees or interns are not valued at all, They do not pay any stipend to the interns even after working for them day and night scare interns for not giving certificates of completion and they trick us for PPO.

Dislikes

I would recommend to think thousand times to join this company.

Nothing about disliking AgriVijay, it was a journey filled with growth, challenges & learning .
