I started my career at Agritech 23 years ago. During this long period, i saw many ups and downs and the company also witnessed crucial crises itself. But overall the working experience at Agritech remained good. There is a lot of opportunities for career growth. Play of politics of CBA Union at worker level often remains negative. Jobs at Agritech are almost secured.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
