it's a Terrible experienced to work with this company.GM Suresh K is a third class person who don't even know how to treat a lady and his co-workers.He just use his co workers like a tissue paper.Imamul S K who is project manager or whatever you say for him i can say just one word is "Character less".ladies are not secure and safe in this company I must say.

this company is good but there are some such dog people on the site who don't know anything they just keep abusing the employees not only us santosh sonar all the employees and employees on the site or any person abusing everyone Is. !, politics on santosh sonar's site is very good santosh sonar also steal money and hire rohit to steal money while rohit belongs to his relative, kept rohit so that he will do whatever he says and about stealing from someone I won't talk to anyone . If this company is to be allowed to progress then the post of Santosh Sonar should not be that of worker, because Santosh has not studied and does not know anything, Santosh Sonar says that we have made MD Sir to move forward. Suresh sir, what did we do, we want to ask Suresh sir, Santosh says that when the advance got separated from Binaysh, we made the advance so big, even MD sir or office, I keep abusing everyone on the site, If this company really wants a big project, give the employee position to a dog named Santosh. Resh sir otherwise because of this contentment you will lose a good employee and nothing can happen to this satisfied dog! Nothing is there here waste of time and destroying our own career you spend more than lakh and time struggle to complete engineering and the work you get here to make gate pass for labour fill the form get scoldings from client for signature and then going to market for purchase things then going to labour camp if water issues u become plumber u have to repair then early morning before work start u have to take work permit for that u have to take many signature by walking more than 10 to 15 km in site with free of scoldings from client and from our own senior here scoldings are free of cost every moment you'll enjoy scoldings variety variety work timings are you'll have to leave site at 7am and cannot even predict return timings can be mid night then talking about salary you'll be offered 4 lakh per anum but u will get 13k in hand that is biggest scam in that accomodation will be given and food in your own expense cook is horrible u will have to pay 3- 4k per month that too for worst food only dal rice ull get that too floating dal in water with some masala and when chicken is prepared then ull get maximum to the extent of 2 pieces that too hens skeleton yull get To be continued Chapter 2.......

They dint support infact they laid us off during this phase. I was just a fresher not even an experienced one, I had 2 offers in my hand when I graduated in 2019 and now I feel choosing Agrima was my biggest mistake of my life. Inspite of being a professional, company doesn't follow any norms. First 3 months was training period, and no worth training was given infact just the same as college some theories wer taught which wer of no use, once I got the job they dint even give me my offer letter and untill.today I don't have it. Over all its terrible to work there coz there is nothing u can get from there. Lot of exploitation and torture from seniors and also vry badly managed system.

Pretty much everything about this company is disliked. They aren't professionally handling the company, poor recruitment processes, they simply waste our time. Infact there is no much work to do inspite of that simply they recruit and ruin our lives. They laid me down during covid, and it's been 4 months I started working there along with 3 months of nonsense training.
