Friendly Environment for Work . Flexibility in work. Good exposure.

Never got Salary on time. I started work from August 2020 but till now no Salary increment. Till now no incentives received after 4 Seasons.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not increase year by year. But good platform for agriculture graduate.

Team mattes and senios are very supportive and helpful in nature, provide solutions and help to work better provide support on feild work and office work.There is instability in carrier point of view , so say no carrier growth , salery is very poor as compare to work cause have to mange 12 hurs sometimes in work as work load is more, working is appreciable and salery need to be increase

Less salary, sen. Position gives assurence only but not actual pay.
