Satisfactory. Planning, As team leader and Administrators to bring out improvement of the income of the farmers Training to farmers. Demonstration of crop etc to change the mindset of the farmers. Based on demonstration, monitoring are done both for replications and demonstration.

Dislikes

Doesnot arise. However bottom up planning and implementation accordingly against each scheme will be helpful.

I am working now under agril depptt.govt of Assam regarding organic farming project named by Paramparagat Krishi Vikash Yojna(PKVY) as District Project Executive Officer. My main responsivility is to inspect 16 no's of Clusters. Each cluster consists of 50 acre land. Even, i have to organize some organic demonstration meeting cum training in these all Clusters. 3 no's of training among farmers of these clusters was held per year. Organic Farming is relating to world health organization. I am working here against chemical fertilizers & pesticides. Instead of that i visited all clusters & told to all farmers to make home-made bio-fertilizers & bio-pesticides and help us in making a great & best eco-friendly environment everywhere...Most of the farmers were supported us in proceeding about it. Their supportings giving us all an immense pleasure in our hearts. I thin really devine-feeling working here. I have gathered some experiences working here from both of farmers & other officials.

I was working for Agriculture Department & horticulture as a service provider in an organic farm. i like about working at Agriculture Department Gov of Assam during my two years contract the best thing is Agriculture Department gov of Assam provide food and nutritional security to the people of Assam and make Agriculture profitable and attractive enterprise with sustainability.

Agriculture Department did not provide me career growth opportunity thats what i dislike about working at Agriculture Department Gov of Assam.
