1. The roads for daily travel to the office is good due to the fine highways in Delhi NCR 2. Plenty of good food around the office area 3. You really bond with the people who are equally oppressed and tortured like you 4. ** You can write a lot of points on what you don't like about Agribazaar

...oesn't have clear goals, also not a person to take responsibility of actions. 3. False and big promises regarding, work, salary, etc. 4. You can only get work from home when there is a deadline and they are in need of work, not when you are in need. 5. Leave structure is not good, you don't even get proper holidays on special occasions. And even when you come to office on some occasions the office feels like a morgue, such inactive, no decorations and no activities. 6. You don't get paid for overtime and extra work on weekends 7. Basic amenities for running an office are not present, coffee mug, tea, plates, tissues, clean and sanitized washroom, toilet paper, even drinking water is absent sometimes 8. Promotions and Increments are a joke, its just a fairy tale that is fed to you by your manager before increment months, big false promises, and still the increments are late and fairly unacceptable 9. Culture is very bad in senior managements, back bitching, micro management, privacy tampering, and unprofessional behavior. 10. Management is like nonexistent, bad salary payments, late payments. Even the year bonuses are pennies. 11. No team-bonding activities ever, you only come and go as workers(not human beings). Only thing to enjoy is within the team about what the senior management really is. 12. Work travel reimbursements are delayed. 13. Senior managements do not even feel the responsibility to reply to your emails, talk or address to your inconveniences. 14. You will learn only if you have some people around to give you personal career development advises, rest if you rely on company projects and works, you are likely to miss out on all the industry standards are walk towards career fall.

Appraisal is 5% HR is a lawyer of engineering manager and cto Company treats engineer as a daily wage worker Don't join as u will be switching after a year anyway because of toxic work culture

They will promise you a lot of things like increment, better work culture, but they have nothing to offer, Your senior will always misguide you and lure you by promising a lot of things but the reality is when the time come, they just deny everything. You will get minimal increment even compared to company standards. Increment and promotions are only for those who ready to please and praise their seniors, laugh on their pjs, listen to their shit blabbering. Salary, Senior Management, Office ethics, they don't even provide basic amenities to their employees like tissue, coffee mugs, etc

1. Appraisal is equivalent to 0%(Even when you work like a dog). 2. No work-life balance at all. 3. Management is so poor that they don't even know what's happening inside with their product. They don't even know about their own products. 4. CTO don't know anything, you can consider him as a dummy. 5. Zero learning. Overall don't even consider joining Agribazaar.
