They are forcing me to join as soon as possible. They are calling me on weekends, and also on rakhi festival and 15th august (for discussing about joining their company) They are also providing me many solution to get early release from my previous company by giving some irrelevant reason. They are also asking me to join their company as a contract mean while also suggesting me to serve my NP in my previous company. They also informed me that training will be stating from 1st day itself. How's that possible. how can we work on 1st day of joining? No cab facility

No project, if you are in bench then without asking they will stop your salary and once will ask for salary then will send you termination letter. A HR head Sangita Srivastava & Arindam RC is almost fraud and chitter.

Toxic work Culture, no work life balance, Manager does not care about your health,Micromanagement, have leave policy but manager does not approve it’s useless to have leaves, force employees to work on weekends as per policy its permanent off, illiterate Human Resource team does not resolve issues, they will take more than 90 days to clear your FNF being such big organisation.

...ons are laying off their employees suddenly, not even providing notice period. The good thing is, employees get salary on time.

There are so many things broken that it's hard to sum up here. But in short, it's a staffing company where leadership lacks strategic mindset and keep fighting amongst each other and are completely confused about the company's practice. They gaslight subordinates and threaten to sack them on trifles. Politics is so ugly that there is one individual in Noida office that ones' success depends on whether you belong to his club and bear his humiliation and abuses. There are many more things but i will rest my case here.
