Down the line staff use short cut methods of making money of process and systems are not in place then it becomes difficult to work .

You mostly give it all your experience, intellect, hardwork and energy since there are no trainings to teach you anything new. However, if you are not from this industry you will surely learn a lot of new things.

Is quite challenging in managing and balancing between customers, your team, the top management and the OEM/principals expectations continuously without hurting none but still winning with strong reasoning and logic basis market forces!
