... and exploring myself and today I am proud to be where I am, yet a lot to learn. When it comes to package and positioning I have got a 130% raise since I joined and have completed my journey from the assistant(Creative) to the head of the department (Creative & Marketing). I noticed some people writing about the company below but I believe if you are open to exploring your skills and dedicated enough to give your 100%, trust me this is the best place to work with.

Compact team and lack of social activities.

The director has high hope of revival of the company which on the edge of bankruptcy.

...dispute on all the payments. No office, No L&D NO perquisites No job security No salaries only (sometimes)

...around in the company did not figure out whats her stake or role in the company. They dont even pay the placement agencies after hiring employees through them. In one word its the worst company I really wonder how Naukri has llisted it.

There is nothing to like about AGP except the content they sell.

Nothing there to like about the company.

Dislikes

They do not have permanent office and staff for all the functions. They never paid in full their staff, vendors, Cast, venue even Consultants. The culture is very bad and no morals.
