The company strongly believes in an employee first ethos and the same is reflected in their policies and work culture. The management are easy to approach and discuss current projects and how work flow can be improved upon. Good place to learn and improve upon our skills.

Dislikes

Some managers do get on our nerves from time to time albeit that is a problem in most companies. Leave policy can be made a bit lax.
