Team mates might be good but not the managers/supervisers. This company has a culture to control skilled manpowers by using unskilled persons. So never ever think of carrer improvement. If you have chances nowhere, then only come here just to earn your living.

If any one can do multiple tasks at a time as per need of management then his/her job is secured. Friendly atmosphere. Management team are good and technically sound. Over-all good but financially weak.

Dislikes

Salary structure are poor.
