The management of this company are very poor, salary getting on 17th -20th every month, 5-6% increment given even after giving full efforts in this company. No extra benefits given to employee.

Even thou the company earns a huge profit there is no place for qualified individuals to grow in the organization you start with 8k salary as a B.tech and every year increment will be max 10% but during covid they didn't even gave that. They get the best exporter award but they always nag that the company is in loss so that you will work 14hrs a day but don't ask for a pay raise. The hipocracy is that if you oil certain people and be there slave then you may see rise in your salary or else you are just a qualified trash who will be required only on specific days such as during audit and etc

They will suck every drop of blood from you and show that they are doing some favour to you

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
