...bilities like handling a team, guiding new joined, and taking training sessions. Before COVID salary increments were okay but after COVID there were next to no increments, even though they were online companies and COVID had no impact on their business. Also while joining I was fooled and hired at a low salary when I could have gotten more salary.

...ike working environment, a great deal of politics, and a very toxic environment. Less to no salary increment. No appreciation even after working for 2 and half years.

... joining. For a work-related disagreement with the TL, the entire team is fired. And everything rounds up to salary as if it's a factory and employees are majdoors!

...only took me 8 months of working but also effective my whole career in the dark. And the politics they did for not paying in this horrible covid situation. They paid me money like 2000, 3000 payment which we give to our maids. I thought it's my first job in Delhi I need to get better and do better all I tried and went in well. In those covid days, I stayed in Delhi in a Pg and could not pay the rent of Pg soo I need to do small work to earn my living. I hate Aglasem. It's a horrible company in debt.

...tive. HR ( Miss Pooja mam) is the heart of aglasem. It's was a great experience. The only thing which forced me to quit was the work pressure which i thought was more according to my salary otherwise it's a great place to work if u can handle work pressure.

Work pressure more Salary a bit low according to the work Overtime almost everyday

There is no job security. They can stop your job position anytime. Overall work culture is good. There management style is very poor. They are not follow their own policy. Overall you will not satisfied with this company.

All the things are very poor in this company. They paid your salary at the stipulated time but overall their management culture just vogue.
