Work from home, timely salary accreditation.

The management is surprisingly poor and erratic. There is no intention to extend support to the employees, no leeway at work, no set objective, nothing. The director is shallow and full of vindictiveness. If you make a mistake, she turns it into her personal vendetta, tracks down prior works for errors, and drops downright humiliation and bombshells in the mail with phrases like "heavy consequences". So, extreme, extreme micromanagement. The management is so pathe_tic, people have left 4 days after joining. For a work-related disagreement with the TL, the entire team is fired. Before COVID salary increments were okay but after COVID there were next to no increments, even though they were online companies and COVID had no impact on their business. School-like working environment, a great deal of politics, and a very toxic environment. Less to no salary increment. No appreciation even after working for 2 and half years.

Aglasem was my the first organization I joined. People are very nice and cooperative. HR ( Miss Pooja mam) is the heart of aglasem. It's was a great experience. The only thing which forced me to quit was the work pressure which i thought was more according to my salary otherwise it's a great place to work if u can handle work pressure.

There is no job security. They can stop your job position anytime. Overall work culture is good. There management style is very poor. They are not follow their own policy. Overall you will not satisfied with this company.

All the things are very poor in this company. They paid your salary at the stipulated time but overall their management culture just vogue.

A positive mindset can bring a lot good opportunity gor an employee. Its not 9-6 job, you will have to be productive anyhow. If you are not productive, you will feel everyone in office are leaving you behind. So, a good mindset of employee will definitely give a very good opportunities in Aglasem.

The projects are not mapped or documented. SOP or document pertaining to projects should be there and they should be regularly updated.
