The company have good design in limited sources, quality is excellent, specially travel perks are very nice,another plus point is that COO is directly touch with colleagues as well dealer and architects.

Dislikes

Company is descent but it has to improve working culture, the work pressure is high but innovation is negligible, no new products , no product launching , no dealer meet., prices are too high.
