The company has some good projects that make them interesting to work on.

There is no compensation or appraisals for all the hard work that you put into this company. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. There is no scope for imaginative thinking as the same kind of work is expected from the employees.

One should not join this company they can fire any time even you are doing well just because they don't have work for you they just keep you while they have urgency for the work related with you if you want carrier don't go there .

My overall experience with the company was good, you will get a lot of opportunities to learn. However, the company lack in delivering its promise to make payments on time. The team managing the overall payment structure is not professional as it should be. In work culture, it stands in a moderate category. Job security is a question mark in the company. I have seen that the company asked my colleagues to take leave stating that there is no work, and then asked them to resign. The same can be worked out professionally if the employee is not up to the mark. In terms of behaviour, it changes completely once you are about to retire. Suddenly they started having complaints about your work. I m currently not working with the company so got a free hand to write what is true and real. I rate my overall experience 3/5 as I learned many things in this environment.

I have worked with many digital marketing companies before. But Agio SUpport stands out for me. No pressure of work and no silly targets. You get the chance to showcase your talent and creativity in the best possible manner. Great working environment.

6 days working. I was hoping for 5 days only and the absence of any fun activity.
