Agility logistics was the largest company I like the company process and rules and company manegement was good

Salary was not good in warehouse department they worked late night but no good increment and no good salry

Less salary monthly debit before 25,work life balance, skill/learning development, transportation, laundry, yearly party with coworkers.

Salary, promotion/appraisal only for vastha person, job security, company culture

... environment and culture. Team are supportive and the management is transparent. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Agility logistics is a god MNC company. Had learn many things of management here. Customer co-ordintion is very important thing which i have learn here. Work environment is very nice.
