... no HR support, since they doesn't want me in company they kept on harassing me. Also salary was not given for a month which i stayed there. Overall it was worst experience. Kindly find the company which is employee friendly.

Their is no such point, it's very very worst, no one having leader ship quality.

Very very worst, leads and managers if they doesn't like the resource they will throw out them at any time. No expected projects only 3 months project and after that you will not get any other projects. Promotion only for ceo's family, friends and circle if the doesn't know any thing even to speak in English also they don't know still they will be manager, lead, VP, AVP architecture and the co workers also we cannot believe. Every day is hell.their is no Proper maintenance toilet, wash room very worst, got infected. If your in bad situation still their is no wfh no leaves but if they are higher management they will get through out the month wfh. Long leaves. Kind request if you don't get job no problem but don't choose this company. It's very very worst better you can do other jobs. Still I do have points. Work culture 24/7 one person need to work, if you inform hr regarding this they will send us out because management priority for them

Agilisium is focusing more on data engineering within the life sciences sector. Although they have a full stack development team, they are not prioritizing its growth or development and currently do not have suitable projects for full stack developers. As a result, Agilisium may not be the right place for full stack developers.

The only like is it is located in WTC. You get some good friends. Also, this is for those who like to work 16+ hours a day and sacrifice your weekends too.

Dislikes

Mangement and leadership is very biased and don't care for the employees. They force you to do more work and give short deadlines as their only interest is to bootlick their clients. The environment is very toxic especially in one of the long-term project. They don't even give you WFH during times of crisis. I would suggest to not join here, else join here to standardized your package and leave at the earliest.
