Not at all a good company. If you know how to do internal politics, then this company is good. This company doesn't have client. They will assign you on internal projects and that to the requirements is not clear at manager level what they are going to develop. Suddenly they will tell to put paper.

The salary structure and work life balance Work life balance may differ on different projects but overall it was nice to work with RC

There is no job security, due to internal politics we may lost the job anytime

Hire and fire. Basically I wont call this as a IT company, its like human resourcing company. eg. Client ABC want a XYZ developer, Royal Cyber will give the person. Means, it can be for week assignment or 1 month or max 3 months assignment. If the ABC company asks them to provide, that time only they will schedule interview and hire you and once project(assignment) is over they will fire you without notice. Here if you are a permanent employee or on probation nothing matters in firing. At max they will give you notice of a week before firing, mostly not even days.

...nd never faced the problems in my entire career. There is no proper management. CEO will discuss on your Package which i never seen the way but he will never respond if you send a mail. The HR said that if you didn't get the confirmation on probation with in 2 or 3 months then you will be under fire. They don't have any project but still they will hire the people with lots of false statements but they will ignore all of them what they have promised. Even for final settlement also you have to run behind the HR and Finance Team to get it done. If you have not follow with them simply they will ignore it. They don't bothered about you and your problems and issues if they suddenly fire you. if you ask the reason for fire also they will not give you the proper reasons. One of the HR guy he will behave like a CEO of Royal Cyber. I don't understand what he thinks about him. There is no use to speak with him to settle something.

i dont have to put something positive on this company. I doesn't recommend join this company and dont spoil your career by joining here. Cons: Worst Management Worst Company Polices Worst HR Management No Proper Hiring Polices Advise: Please follow the correct hiring polices Improve the Company Mangement and HR polices.

Cleared all interviews and was waiting for offer letter. In the end they say no budget position on hold

Don’t have budget to hire engineers, still taking 3 rounds of interviews to waste your time. Please beware of this company..
