HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

...ad excellent, you will feel at home. Culture has no comparison with other MNCs. Simply go for it even if you are getting little lower package if offered because that you will understand when join, one will never regret joining there. Very flexible with timing, do not bug employees for calculating strict timing.
