Dislikes

HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

...ear if they would say/speak anything it may come their job.Things are flexible..however low pay scale..in finance domain only few people are given add on advantage .Also good employees are not tried ti retain which generally happnes in good co.

Salary and benefits : Above standard, but you have to be very smart at the time of HR salary discussions as they may hire you at lower salary of standard pay scale. They already have a pay range according to the level you will be hired 8. All other basic amenities are there like gym, cafeteria, recreation area 9.
