Agilent India is a cost center, i.e. created to save cost. Once your salary increses beyond your American counterparts. You are thrown out with reasons beyond understanding. Learning is negative as the work done here doesn't match industry standards. Your experience is just a bit of the entire process of, say e.g logistics. It is only data entry job over here

One out of 10 employee is bound to get rank 3. And no increment.

I like almost everything. Be it people Be it culture, Be it diversity Be it career growth and opportunities Be it Leadership Be it campus Be it food Be it work life balance Be it flexibility Be it education assistance No politics No gender biasedness rather women ratio is higher as compared to men. In short it among best place to work with or you can also say a company in which you can plan your retirement.

I would say salary components which needs to be improved as transport allowance is part of in hand salary and no hike is given on that part.

The Agilent building that is the only good thing about that company higher leadership is inspiring who comes from America as they follow some work ethics, however senior management in India is worst leadership i have ever seen. Cafeteria at least they have food options

...ste time in logic, They do big talks in meeting but it stays only in meetings Fake image of CTC - They will show as they pay best in the market but when you get your salary in hand you get to know how well they have fooled you. Appraisals - They say that they do appraisal twice a year however the reality is something else Entertainment is a trap - Beware, dont get too excited when you hear about an office party, your management will encourage you to enjoy and then they will click your pics and will blackmail you even for a joke which you make among frnds and it will impact your appraisals and leave too. If your manager is nice then senior managers will put pressure Good place for women who seeks attention - From Top to bottom all perverts are ready to exploit.

Salary as per industry is sometimes low ,so do proper research for your post before accepting salary offered and office location is far from central city,cab charges are very high for green zone 7500 and for red zone 10,000.

The organisation offers ample opportunities for on the job learning and growth. The values and culture of the organisation is great 👍

I guess off late the organisation has not been focusing on the long time contribution of some employees
