Work life balance, no micro management, excellent managers, HR mam is also very friendly and helpful, people have stuck to this company for 10-11 years because of the environment. One can come at any time and complete their shift- flexible

Nothing as such frankly. Work is important. If you don't work inspite of so much freedom then company can't be blamed

I'm thoroughly impressed with the company's culture, values, commitment, and excellence. From the first day, I felt welcomed and supported by my management. Everything. The environment is great. I've had a great time working here. Best place if you want to learn things. I have attachment, love and respect for this company as this was the first place I started my corporate life.

Nothing. Just 1-2 annoying people are there, otherwise it's the best place to learn.
