If you perform well at your job, you will be assigned an overwhelming amount of responsibilities without appropriate compensation. The work-life balance is poor, as you are expected to be available for client calls 24/7. Additionally, you will not be provided with an office laptop; you must use your personal computer instead. Unfortunately, my laptop crashed, resulting in the loss of all my personal photos.

Dislikes

Good relationship/co-operation is missing between the department, which is not at all good for the Organization. Though MD of the organization is respecting/appreciating the employees who are putting the real efforts, persons like other department heads who does not bother about companies improvement are spoling the business / organization.
