Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The worst thing here is NDA sign they layoff if you didn't sign the 40 lakhs NDA agreement also they make appraisal on the basis of NDA signed or not

Great Learning Environment with the rally outstanding co-operation of Seniors. Directors of the Company are the best part of the company. they always motivates employee and stands with them. All the Festival are celebrated at company with the involvement of all.
