Working as an Employee in this company 2 things I like about the company is Management support towards Employee to perform better in their work, other thing is salary is released on time .

Management needs to work on creating transparency with employees

Being a Technical Consultant had a good experience to travel for conducting interviews selection process with foreign delegates interact with all kind of personalities

Dislikes

As i had to do the sourcing for candidates for various categories from job portal which had limited access to it as the staff was more only 2 job portals were being used so was not able to achieve the Sourcing target per day i think they should take Naukri job portal on which they can get good candidates for conversion

The boss Mr Arif is very kind in nature and is very supportive as well

Dislikes

The HR Manager there is very biased and does not give equal opportunities. I was a trainee there who was not even trained properly and I was given targets that the tenured people got there. The manager should learn to work. There were no paid leaves system in this organization.
