Not a good company for growth, job security is not there, salary date is not fixed , After 10 th of every months, employee waiting his salary and they will get up to 25 th of month.

Poor work environment, people sitting on higher post themselves plays politics and are not supportive... Company gonna end soon as plant head is not capable of increasing the business..

From this company, I have learned a lots of things and have been blessed with good staff, specially with my senior members.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and I have to look out for the work of other members customer, due to this , I have to work even after my office timing and have to attend the customer calls till night. But our Managers didn't care about these matter and do not count these hardship during appraisals.

Have a very good working environment for employee . Working time is fixed that is also will be aposituve point.cab facility also available . Senior behiver are so honestly.
