I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. As I was a fresher, I got first hand experience in Estimation and Billing Engineering.

Dislikes

...humiliated on the basis of being fresher. No guidance and support from employee. No compensation and salary provided during my employment tenure.
