...n Raipur pls don't join this organisation . Earlier 3 bm has also fired by them. They promise something while hire also pay good but once you start they don't give manpower not even sales manager. Dam this company has no idea to run variable agency..only depend on the banca. Don't know how they got best work place tag in India. Joining this organisation is a suicide with career....rest is own choice. Thanks.

When met with adversity like Covid, the management could have considered other cost cutting measures like reducing the salaries, instead of harassing employees by putting them in PIP, where its not because of their fault the business has come down. When one demands for loyalty in top management, loyalty cannot be bought, but is build through mutual trust and support, which the top management failed to recognise, panicked and took some wrong decisions.

This is good organization , where u can achieve everything . You are free to ur job and u know what u to do . There is a lots of opportunity for carrier growth . I feel proud to having part of this company .

Not good place to work only trainer things they are running company and no one is doing work except him. Work culture is not good in Branch office..

...ess through banca channel and pressure is high in Agency even for banca is same. Even salary is not decent, training are given but in expectations of 1 cr business from every one. Otherwise trainer will not do his Lal front of HOD. So not good company to work in sales
